gear advice
well, repeater rogue.
as most dps enthustiatics say, each point counts.
that in mind, current set includes:
windhowler bracers (+2 to hit, +1 damage)
clever ring +6 (and thus, +3 damage)
i'm planning about possibility of getting sora kell set, for it's +2 to damage but..
it takes up slots.
head, bleh, minos legens is overrated and heavy fort is easy elsewhere. no biggie. also gives true sight, a boon against blur and displacement.
gloves, current +6 dex is.. well.. nice +3 to hit
ring, current is either, situationally reavers for fear immunity or +6 str if i need to carry more weight wise.
so, with set up, i'd either need to change int +6 elsewhere. (possibly reaver napkin, once i actually manage to flag for raid, much less get it. bleh.) or situationally just change sora kell set bonus <-> fear immunity as needed.
i would likely go with that sora kell-fear swap since it's easier to do than actual raid flagging and raid and getting the item opposed to other means.
while suggesting possible items to get, bear in mind that raids and my timezone rarely fit together. as such i've not done many raids. (shroud total of once)

Re: gear advice
Could put dex on your boots; striders are over rated IMO. That would free up your gloves slot, anyway.

Re: gear advice
With all of your Rogue Levels I imagine your UMD is pretty Stellar. If so a Wand would solve the Fear Resist issue.
Pax is right about the striders IMO and once again UMD is your friend; Expeditious Retreat Wand.

Re: gear advice
I do get tired of being left in the back in a pug simply because I don't worry about striders.

Re: gear advice
yes, boots..
and strider. i see strider as bigger benefit than featherfall. 30% striding (if no one spams haste) means that i am faster than 95% or more of the mobs.
for melee, that is all null and void, once in near vicinity of mob, they don't move ALL that much. for ranged repeater user, within 30 feet is enough. i get sneak attacks and if they aggro me, they can't hit me. AC be damned.
for good groups where haste is provided, it isn't really worth it.
also, wand of anti-fear wont solve fear resist problem, it does not make you IMMUNE to it, just gives boost to resists. where ring gives absolute immunity.
greater heroism gives fear immunity but i can't umd those scrolls reliably yet.
UMD is at useful state though, allowing me to lure people back from death with silly promises written on paper that bursts into flames upon reading it. (not 100% certain yet)
ah well, in any case, have to ponder that boots possibility.
another choice would be to get dex ring and move int to goggles, losing blindness immunity, which again is a nasty deal.
