All Natural Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Forget that overpriced concoction at your local mall. Forget the canned crap in your supermarket.

Try Chef Commodore's All Natural Strawberry Banana Smoothie!!! Smile

In a blender, mash up 2 cups of ice cubes. Then add 3/4 cup water, 1/2 pint fresh strawberries (NO STEMS!), 2 bananas, and 2 scoops of light vanilla ice cream (churn style).

Set blender to Puree until its all mixed together.... not too long!!
