Actually I'm nearly twice that!  I just crossed the border into 56, which so far (4 weeks) seems to be very like 55 was, only with creakier knees

3) How would you best describe your playstyle while in party with others?    
Hmm, tricky - chatty would probably cover it.  Somewhat more seriously, I care about whether or not I am playing as well as I can, but my being serious about that is tempered by a desire to enjoy myself, so if trying to get that next X of dps is too much like work, I may just pass on breaking my back to get it (I did raid for a long time in WoW, in a server first sort of Guild, so I have rather burned out on that TBH

4) Why would you like to join Tyrs Paladium?
I posted on game forums about looking for a guild, having read a lot of replies to other similar posts, Ghosty replied and I decided to follow it up.  Everything I have seen so far makes me think this would be a good home

5) How do you feel about grouping in game for dailies and or HEs in IWD?
I like company, and I am more than happy to add a body to help guild mates out.  It is rather the point of being in a Guild in my view

6) Please tell us a little about yourself and your prior gaming experience.
Well I'm 56, married for 32 years which management tells me were all wonderful for me, so she must be right.  Two kids just out of University and launching themselves at the world, though I haven't got them out of my house (or fridge!) yet, I actually missed them like hell when they were away.
I was army on a short service commission and then 14 years in the reserves (2 before regulars, the rest after) and then into Investment Banking.  
I cashed that in at the end of 2006 (masterly timing I thought but just dumb luck) and now work for myself from home on all sorts of consultancy projects, some charity work and a lot of family based running around
I've been playing games since I was a kid, starting with table top wargames with miniatures and then with the first computers and onwards (TRS80 rocked).  

7) Briefly describe your most memorable moment while gaming.
The first time my son handed me my head in a Halo game

8) How did you hear about Tyrs Paladium?

I do

10) How do you feel about participating in guild chat in the game, and the forums outside of game?
No problem with either, but I would tend to keep a low profile until I have something to say and enough experience of the Guild to say it.  In game, as I said, I'm kind of chatty
